Congratulations to Shae Lyons who is the 2024 recipient of the Te Awamutu College Rogers Charitable Trust Tertiary Scholarship.
Shae received a scholarship of $1,500 to put towards her studies in the dairy industry area. The award was presented by Jo Sheridan, representing the Rogers Charitable Trust.
Shae was a model student. A member of the College Girls’ 1st XV Rugby team and the Motocross team, Shae also had a perfect punctuality certificate. While at school she took part in inter-house athletics, volleyball, softball and netball events for Kōwhai House.
Shae is enrolled at Lincoln University studying a Bachelor of Agriculture (majoring in the dairy industry). Congratulations Shae - we can't wait to see where you end up in your career post University!
